Acrylic Cutting Laser machines are ideal for making custom parts out of plastic. With our custom acrylic cutting laser machine we can process your project with precise laser cutting. Our acrylic cutting laser machine was designed to process thin wall borosilicate glass. The acrylic cutting laser system is composed of a single laser shared between four processing lanes. While one lane is cutting, the other three are feeding or ejecting and getting ready to receive the laser again. A software algorithm determines which lane is ready first and directs the laser to that lane. This makes the most efficient use of the laser as possible. All four lanes can be run simultaneously or individually depending upon current needs.

This particular acrylic cutting laser machine produces 40+ parts per minute. The acrylic cutting laser machine produces clean, fire-polished, sterile edges. Cutting lengths are all computer controlled and set through a touch screen operator interface. Machine size and capability can be easily scaled up or down to meet most budget and production needs. A second generation machine has been developed that employs only three moving parts per lane thus eliminating almost all mechanical service issues. Although this acrylic cutting laser machine was designed specifically for thin wall borosilicate glass, other types of glass and wall thicknesses can also be processed. Acrylic Cutting Laser can be used for many applications including some of the following:

• Separating molded parts from support tabs. Remember the old fashioned models we build as kids and you had to separate the pieces from the plastic spokes and then glue them together. The laser does an excellent job of separating plastic parts from the support tabs.

• Acrylic cutting laser machines can cut out shapes and patterns from flat stock for "Point of Purchase" displays

• Acrylic cutting lasers are used for acrylic tubing

• Cleaving Acrylic fiber used in the fiber optic industry.

• Acrylic cutting laser machines are used for Acrylic signage.
